Technical Problems:
Problems do not happen very often, but when they do, it can be frustrating. There are a few steps you can take that may prevent you from waiting on hold for a technical support representative. Before calling tech support, please check the following:

Is your computer plugged in?
Is your router plugged in?
Are all the cables plugged in tightly?
Are all the light illuminated on the router?
Have you installed new security software? If yes, please uninstall and check your connection again.

If everything is plugged in and appears to be working (lights are lit), please try the following:

Turn off the computer (using the Windows shut down procedure)
Unplug the router
Count to fifteen and plug the router back in
Count to five and turn the computer back on
Check to see if you can open a web page/surf the internet.
